Rare lot of William Ulmer Brewery from Brooklyn NY. (founded in 1877). This lot includes an original signed postcard, hand drawn plans by Rach on several pieces of paper, -looks like he was piecing the placements of apparatus. On several places, Rach hand writes Ulmer Brewery. Also An original billhead, (1907). All brewer apparatus documents were found together, folded. The postcard (1893), was purchased separately from another dealer lot.
The Ulmer Brewery in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, was designated a New York City individual landmark on May 11, 2010, becoming the first former brewery in the city to receive the status. Last photo shows the brewery renovation being celebrated.
