This copy is an "Ad Sales File Copy" which means this book was one of the first of this edition printed for Jane's advertisement sales executives to promote the sales of Janes's publications.
I described the book as "New” because this copy was never used. I doubt it was even thumbed through. Any wear is due to being moved around and stored on a shelf for over 20 years. As we can see from the photos there are some marks or bending on the cover. That's all the noticeable issues I see.
