Original vintage U.S. Army uniform grouping consisting of wool Ike-style jacket, wool trousers and khaki service shirt. Sold together exactly as pictured.The jacket retains a very attractive assortment of period military insignia, including Staff Sergeant rank chevrons, Combat Infantryman Badge (CIB), ribbon bars, U.S. collar disc and shoulder sleeve insignia. The grouping has a great original military display appearance and includes the accompanying trousers and khaki shirt.Condition: This is an original vintage uniform grouping showing age, wear and several known condition issues. Please review all photographs closely.The wool jacket has a few small holes/worn areas visible in the photos. The jacket is also missing its zipper component, one shoulder insignia/patch, and one of the collar discs. The remaining insignia and ribbons are included exactly as shown.The wool trousers appear to be in comparatively good condition and I have not noticed any obvious moth holes during my inspection. As with any vintage textile, there may be minor age-related wear that I have overlooked, so buyers should rely on the detailed photographs as part of the condition description.The khaki shirt shows normal age and use with some general wear, but presents well overall.I have not attempted to restore, replace or complete the missing insignia or hardware. I also cannot guarantee when each individual badge, ribbon or insignia was originally applied to the uniform, so the grouping is being offered exactly as found and photographed rather than as a documented named veteran grouping.Included in sale:
