WWII German M35 Stahlhelm – Luftwaffe Decal & Original Liner
Selling a vintage German WWII-era Stahlhelm. From the features of the shell, it appears to be an M35-type helmet.The helmet still has the leather liner inside, along with the original liner hardware and buckle. The liner is definitely showing its age — the leather is dry and worn, with some cracking and tearing, but it is still there and mostly intact.The outside has a lot of honest wear from age, including scratches, paint loss, surface rust/oxidation and areas where the original finish has worn away.
It also has a partially remaining Luftwaffe-style eagle decal on the side. The decal has some significant wear and loss, but the eagle is still clearly visible. There are also remnants of the original finish around it.I have looked for a maker/size stamp but haven't been able to find one, so I'm not claiming a specific manufacturer or guaranteeing the authenticity of the decal. Selling it as shown in the pictures and as-is.
This would make a nice addition to a WWII German militaria collection or display.
