Awesome piece of 1990s Nickelodeon nostalgia! This is the vintage Nickelodeon Talk Blaster N2500 corded landline telephone, featuring the classic purple, green and orange Nickelodeon color scheme, translucent green "slime" light bar, oversized red demo button and selectable novelty ringer sounds.
IMPORTANT CONDITION / TESTING INFORMATION:
This telephone is being sold UNTESTED. I do not have a landline available to test the telephone functions.
The battery compartment has significant corrosion/rust from old battery leakage, as clearly shown in the photos. Because of this, I have not attempted to power the novelty light/sound features using batteries. Functionality of the phone, lights, sounds and ringer features is therefore unknown.
The phone also has a DC adapter input, but no power adapter is included and the DC input has not been tested.

Features originally included selectable ringer sounds, a large red demo button and flashing "Green Slime PowerRod" lights. These features are mentioned for identification only and have not been verified on this particular unit. The N2500 normally uses 3 C-cell batteries for its novelty features.
Great display piece for a vintage Nickelodeon, 1990s/Y2K, retro electronics or novelty telephone collection. Also potentially suitable for someone interested in cleaning/restoring the battery compartment.
