Job's Daughters International (formally the International Order of Job's Daughters) is a Masonic-affiliated youth organization for girls, and this tiara comes directly from a Bethel's crowning ceremony — a genuine piece of fraternal/Masonic history, not a generic costume piece.
Design:Clear rigid plastic band set with silver-tone prong-mounted clear rhinestones in a scrolling, wave-like pattern. The center front features a rosette design with a bezel-set round cabochon "jewel" (foiled glass, moonstone-style, showing light age-related patina/oxidation — see close-up photos) surrounded by a spray of rhinestones. One clear plastic hair combs is built into the band for securing it in the hair (one comb has fallen off in the decades since the Crowning).
