Original Vintage 500-Watt Light Bulb with Original Paper Sleeve – Tested & Working

This sale includes an original vintage light bulb and its original paper sleeve, as shown in the photos.

Testing & Operation

The bulb was tested and is in working condition. Power was applied briefly using a test cord, and the bulb lights very bright, consistent with a 500-watt lamp.
After testing, there is slight darkening at the neck, which is typical for high-wattage incandescent bulbs and does not affect operation.

Original Paper Sleeve

The paper sleeve is original and very fragile due to age. It is brittle, cracked, and fragmenting — typical of early printed corrugated paper packaging.
The sleeve is included for historical and display value only and is not suitable for handling or storage use.

To prevent further deterioration, the sleeve has been placed in a clear protective bag. No repairs or restoration have been attempted.
