This item is aLife-Like N Gauge 1:160 Scale UP Union Pacific SW9/1200 Diesel Switcher, 7897,in the original box with instructions.
Engine was made in China in 1998, carries cab number 1833, and is standard DC operation.
Engine has been test run for this listing only, and shows no damage or signs of use. In short, back and forth test run, engine ran perfectly, and headlight works (sorry photo is blurry; it is clear on my laptop, but uploads blurry).
Engine has MTL knuckle couplers.
Engine has sat in its box for a while, so could use a thorough detail and lube job.
Compatible with all N gauge brands: MTL, Athearn, Bachmann, Kato, Deluxe Innovations, Buford Shops.
