Vintage Handmade & Handpainted Small Incan Terra Cotta Pottery Vase

This really sweet small vintage terra cotta pottery vase with geometric design was handmade &handprinted in the Inca tradition in Peru. Although the Inca used many colors, the preferred ones were black, white,red and orange. The Inca had a preference for geometric designs with bars, diamonds, circles and triangles predominating.

• In very good condition. There is a teeny tiny mark (chip?) on the rim that looks to have been there before it was painted dark brown. Please see the last photograph where a green arrow points to this

• This pretty little vase measures 2-1/4 inches tall x 2-3/4 inches wide
• The rim diameter is 1-1/2 inches
• It weighs just 4 ounces (without packaging)
