The men's version of the commemorative medal with ribbon was created by the Royal Thai Mint to commemorate this important occasion. The design clearly distinguishes between the genders of the wearer.
Characteristics of the men's medal and ribbon
#The medal: Made of 92.5% pure silver, round in shape, with a diameter of 32 millimeters. The back has a loop for attaching to a ribbon.
#Ribbon characteristics: The ribbon for men is a vertical rectangular shape (straight ribbon) 32 millimeters wide (different from the women's version which is in the shape of a dragonfly)
#Ribbon color: The background of the ribbon is purple, the color of the King's birthday. The right and left sides are yellow stripes, representing the colors of the Chakri Dynasty, and are separated by small white stripes at the edges.
How to wear for men:
1. Dress code: Wear it on the left side of the chest, above the breast pocket of a uniform, such as a white formal uniform or full dress uniform.
