La Mission du L\'Atelier 1959 Empty Wooden Cigar Box
Original empty wooden cigar box for La Mission du L\'Atelier 1959, handmade in Estelí, Nicaragua.
The box originally held 18 La Mission 1959 cigars and features the line\'s ornate black, gold and red artwork on the exterior and inside the hinged lid. The dark-stained exterior is fitted with brass-tone hinges and a decorative front clasp, while the interior is natural unfinished wood.
The underside retains its original markings, including “Totalmente a mano,” “Made in Esteli, Nicaragua” and “Exclusively for L\'Atelier Imports Inc.”
The La Mission du L\'Atelier line was introduced in 2015, with the individual sizes named for notable Château La Mission Haut-Brion wine vintages. The 1959 designation therefore identifies the cigar size rather than the manufacture date of this box.
