**The main blade does not close completely. I cleaned out the slot for it and there doesn't seem to be any debris inside. The spring inside the frame also doesn't appear to be broken so I don't know what the issue is.

The blades are not sharpened; given the volume of knives I sell, it would simply be impossible to do so for each one.
