Manufactured by WongLee a contemporary designer of very nice French antique inspired decorative items. They're based or were in Hong Kong. Probably the equivalent of a Maitland Smith type company. Honestly if you dont have like 1,000 bucks for a 1880s pair of candlesticks these will do just fine. No damages observed. The metal is not magnetic but clearly painted so a white metal of sorts. Not a bad casting. Seen worse from 1920s American. From the 90s I believe.
