Hand made Scottish Dirk by Michael Maxim from 1095 Carbon Steel. Gemsbock Horn handle. Brass furnishings and guard. Guard is brazed to blade so no rattling or loosening. Blade is 11 3/4 inches long and sharp. Blade width is approximately 1.6 inches. Comes with a heavy duty leather sheath. That can be worn in various ways. Dirk is New of Old Stock. Never carried or used. Excellent choice for Highland outfit. Blade is not a decorative piece but fully functional for cutting and combat if needed. It’s a beautiful piece!
