Vintage Japanese Menko Cards
Contents: Rikidozan, Azumafuji and Ortega. Rikidozan died in December 1963, so these predate that.
What menko are: Menko are Japanese card game pieces from the Showa era. Children slapped them on the ground to flip an opponent\'s card. They were sold at penny-candy shops and were meant to be played with, not collected.
Condition - please read. These are played-with cards that are 40 to 70 years old. Expect creases, rounded and frayed corners, surface scuffs, fading and staining. Some cards may carry pencil or pen marks from their original owners. They are sold as a used lot in the condition shown. Please judge the condition from the photographs - the photos are part of the description. This is not a graded or curated collection.
