Dramatic, crystal clear, nicely framed portrait of local bounty hunters posing with the severed ears of 1000s of rabbits, postmarked 1909 from Protection, Kansas with message from resident/witness describing the scene of over 1400 rabbits killed. The ears were severed to facilitate the bounty claim. Many different rifles displayed. Light crease top right corner, otherwise condition is Very Good To Fine.
