Listing includes both the car and the remote control. The car and decals are pretty clean considering its age, but the car does show some wear due to use and age. This is visible in the pictures. The car runs on 1 9v battery and 2 AA batteries, while the remote runs on 1 9v battery. These are not included. The battery compartments in both the car and the remote are clean and free of any corrosion. Both also have their battery covers included. The car powers on when batteries are installed, but the wheels start to spin and do not stop. The remote control does not seem to be engaging. The car can be switched from off, to slow, or to fast. Either way, the wheels spin and do not stop until you turn it off. As a result, the car and remote are being sold as is. Please see pictures for condition.
