This listing presents an opportunity to own a brand new, custom, sharp, stainless steel wallhanger replica of She-Ra’s famed ‘Sword of Protection’, from the original She-Ra Filmation cartoon TV series (1985-1987).
The exquisite, ‘EXTREMELY’ cutting sharp, double edged stainless steel blade was fabricated in Argentina and sharpened and polished in Australia.
To prevent injury, extreme care should be taken when handling this piece. Again we stress, this sword is extremely! sharp.
The mid section of the sword on both sides, features a unique, bevelled edged, diamond shaped panel adorned with a stunning, gargantuan sized, Aqua/Turquoise coloured, glass gemstone. The 2x artificial gemstones were custom made by Jewellers in China according to specific colour and dimensions to match the gemstones which appear on the Sword of Protection. Each gemstone was then set by Jewellers in Australia within individual custom made, thick and heavy oval shaped bases made of real Argentium Silver. Upon request, the gemstones were intentionally set by Jewellers incorporating a healthy layer of imported, commercial grade, glow in the dark ‘GloPoxy’; one of the strongest luminous paints on the market. With this luminous paint coating, lining the underside of each stone and sealed within their settings in the silver, both jewels emanate a striking, magical glow-in-the-dark effect in low light conditions and do so after only a short amount of pre-exposure to light (see photo of gemstone held in hand in low light conditions, prior to being mounted on the sword).
The setting of this Glo Poxy under the gemstone shows unavoidable, minor imperfections (bubble shapes) visible when you look into the gemstone with one side showing a more prominent bubble (see two closeup photos included in listing).
The welds (metal joins), on both the handle and the guard; which sports the presence of the iconic sizable 4x steel spheres, feature a rustic, battle hardened warrior look. Despite the beauty of the iconic gemstone, this, combined with the extra sharp blade, make this a formidable sword in its entirety.
Much planning and many hours of labour went into making this piece.

The sword was worked on by four individual artists in different countries to complete its various attributes and being sold at a reduced, absolute bargain price! Steel life sized replicas of the She-Ra sword are extremely rare. It is literally one of a kind and a prize for any true She-Ra fan. There will never be another like it.
