This is a very quality handmade piece of pottery from Eshelman Pottery. Made by Paul Eshelman (and signed & dated) of Elizabeth Illinois. Nice dark green color. The handleless cup is made to rest on the top of the teapot, either upside down or right side up. That is the style. No chips or cracks or crazing. Comes with card of original purchaser. With a description of the items bought at a Plaza Art Fair-along with the date of 9/1993. This particular piece is of a retired design. So a great find for collectors of Eshelman pottery!!!
