RARE Complete 1981 WDW EPCOT Pre-Opening Mailer Lot w/ Original Envelope For Sale

This is a remarkably rare time capsule of Walt Disney World history: the COMPLETEoriginal 1981 EPCOT Center Pre-Opening Mailer Package! It includes the original envelope, which is highly unusual. Sent to Magic Kingdom Club members a year before the park officially opened, this lot features stunning early concept art, architectural layouts, and descriptions of Future World and the World Showcase.

Most listings only feature the booklet, but this archive includes all three matching pieces as originally delivered to the mailbox 45 years ago:

1. Main Booklet: "EPCOT: The 21st Century Begins October 1, 1982" (Beautiful color pages detailing pavilions like Spaceship Earth, The Land, and Journey Into Imagination).

2. Accompaning Brochure: The smaller supplemental pre-opening insert.

3. The Original Mailing Envelope: Features the vintage pre-opening EPCOT logos and typography.

Condition Details:This vintage paper lot is in solid, well-preserved condition:

• Main Booklet: Features bright cover colors and sharp outer corners. There is some minor, standard scuffing at the top and bottom corners of the spine, and the paper near the staple seam is not perfectly flat (typical shelf wear for this style of vintage binding). There is a bend in the lower left corner of the back cover (see photo).

• Envelope & Insert: Show light, standard handling and postal wear from its original journey in 1981/1982, but they are entirely intact with no major tears. The envelope has been opened (obviously) and has a bit of discoloration, but no heavy staining. There is one small pen marking on the back that measures about an inch (see photo).

An incredible piece of theme park history that is rarely found together as a matching set.
