RARE: Brunswick & Balke, one of America's most important 1800's billiard and pool table manufacturers.The company operated under the specific name The J.M. Brunswick & Balke Co. between 1874 and 1884, following the merger of John Moses Brunswick’s firm with Julius Balke’s Great Western Billiard Manufactory.In 1884, the company absorbed the H.W.
