Made in France, it is a silver and three alloys piece featuring Our Lady of Sorrows on the front and the Sacred Heart of Jesus on the back. It weighs 2 grams and is 9/16 inch in diameter. Medal by Karo and struck at the Adolphe Penin foundry in Lyon France.
The medal is brand new and has never been worn or used. It is a perfect gift for loved ones who are religious or avid collectors of holy medals. It is from the unsold inventory of the Catholic Art Store in business from 1906 to 1965 in San Francisco specializing in imported sterling and silver medals and medallions from France.
