All cards are shipped either with sturdy backers either in a padded cards mailer (1-2 cards) or a box. I never ship standard envelope.
I can and will combine purchases for single cards as long as none of them need special services (i.e. slabs and high dollar stuff). Its always regular shipping costs for the first card and 75 cents each additional.
