If you receive Damaged Product: If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, please retain the item as well as all packaging and notify me ASAP. The item is insured. Please e-mail photographs that show the damage to both the item and packing materials. You will also need to retain the item and packing materials until notified by me that a claim has been filed and paid. Sometimes, pictures are not enough for a claim, and the USPS will require the buyer to bring the item to the post office to verify damage. So, please keep everything until notified. Do not return damaged items to me. Failure to follow these procedures will result in a claim not being filed and the item cannot be returned or refunded.
