Up for sale is a beautiful collector's lot of two vintage die-cast metal still coin banks manufactured by Banthrico Inc. in Chicago, Illinois.
These heavy metal banks were popular promotional gifts distributed by financial institutions during the 1970s.
1910 Stanley Steamer Coin Bank (Model M-1155 B) – Excellent detailed car with its matching original factory box and packaging.
1908 Cadillac Coin Bank – Classic heavy metal car bank. Please Note: This bank comes with an original vintage Banthrico box and packaging, but the box is mismatched and originally labeled for a 1914 Dodge Coin Bank (Model M-1216 B) however, it is the Cadillac.
Both banks are in excellent vintage condition with strong structural integrity. Never used. No missing wheels or body damages. Please review all photos closely to evaluate the exact patina, minor oxidation, or superficial finish wear.
Boxes & Packaging: Original cardboard boxes show moderate shelf wear, light staining, and creasing consistent with age and storage, but are structurally intact. Original internal packaging elements are included. One box is mismatched to the Cadillac car as noted above.
Neither do not include keys as I cannot locate them. They are in mint condition otherwise!
