Patriotic 1860 Wood Co. Bernville PA Wood Flag Frm 1783 Berks Cty Cabin READ USA For Sale

This rare handmade piece is a wooden flag made from a Berks county Pa barn. Please see and read photos. The flag was sold at 1860 Wood Company Bernville PA in 1997. The information on the back reads "the wood used to make your flag came from a log home that was built in 1783 in Berks co. Pa flag from 1776" . I believe it means the 1776 version of the flag. The flags tag reads " flag wood 215 years old frame wood 163 years old"written and was hand signed in 1997. Card also says " the Craftsman's work has been chosen for the directory of traditional American crafts in early American homes magazine"  and is also on tag. This item came from a friends parents collection who lived in Berks county and were true history buffs.. 9" x 6.5" x 1.5" Excellent condition. Shipping to continental USA only.
