PAYMENT
You can only pay for your purchases with payment methods offered by .
At the time of payment, offers several payment options that may vary based on the price of the item, the category of the listing, the location of the buyer, the delivery address, the possibility of collecting the purchased item and the buyer’s device.
Payment must be made no later than five calendar days from the order or sale award. Otherwise, the item will be considered unsold and put back on sale.
After the purchase we may request the details of a document (CI / Passport / Driving license) to issue the invoice according to the Italian tax laws.
SHIPPING
It is possible to collect the goods in person or by courier / person in charge no later than 15 days after the purchase at our warehouse in Cambiago (MI - Italy).
In the event of collection by the customer via courier at our warehouse, the packaging that is carried out, at no additional cost, is the simple one (cardboard and plastic film). Alternatively, you can ask us for a quote for packaging on a pallet or in a wooden crate and we will provide an estimate of the additional cost to be paid before collection.
In the event of collection by the customer with their own courier, furthermore, our cooperative is held exempt from any liability relating to any damage that occurs during transport.
If shipping is offered in the advertisement, the cost indicated is inclusive of packaging costs.
If you buy more than one product, you can save on shipping costs by requesting a combined shipping price, calculated on the basis of the total volume and destination.
Please note that the delivery is to be considered Roadside, i.e. the carrier is not required to deliver the goods inside the home, except for different agreements made in advance with the seller.
If, upon receipt, the package or contents appear to be damaged, choose the Package Control Reserve option and take photographs of the package.
In case of purchase of an antique object, it is possible that the shipment will be delayed for a few weeks because, in compliance with Italian laws, we are required to request and obtain additional documents necessary for the export of goods with artistic value.
For transactions with delivery to non-EU countries: shipping costs do not include import customs duties. The destination country’s customs will contact the customer directly to handle customs clearance procedures and pay the related taxes.

RETURN
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without giving any explanation, within a period of 30 (thirty) working days following the day on which he receives the goods.
This right consists in the right to return the purchased good to the seller and in the consequent refund of the purchase price.
The following are therefore excluded from the refund:
- the expenses incurred to receive the purchase;
- the shipping costs to be incurred to return the products in withdrawal.
In case of return for non-compliant object, please note that in order to obtain a refund, including transport costs, it is necessary to provide photos of the damaged package or any breakages of the objects received. The photos must reach us no later than 7 working days after delivery.
The return is intended at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer.

The hardware may not be complete (original keys missing) or not original because it has been replaced during its long life to adapt the furniture to the new taste.
