Beautiful Graf von Faber-Castell Perfect Pencil Desk Set No. I, Brown – Model #118517.
This luxury writing set features a finely crafted brown wooden desk box with a substantial polished metal lid engraved with the Graf von Faber-Castell crest and name.
The set includes the platinum-plated Perfect Pencil components with integrated sharpener and the brown fluted wooden pencil shown in the photographs.
The Perfect Pencil is an ingenious Graf von Faber-Castell design combining a pencil extender/protective cap, built-in sharpener and replaceable eraser system.
Please note: This is a partial set and is not complete as originally supplied by the manufacturer. The original #118517 desk set was supplied with a Perfect Pencil, four replacement pocket pencils and four spare erasers. Only the pieces shown in the photographs are included in this sale.
Condition: Pre-owned and in good overall condition for its age. The polished metal lid has visible surface scratches, fine marks and signs of use. The wooden box also shows minor age/use wear. Please examine all photographs carefully for the exact cosmetic condition.
The metal Perfect Pencil components also show normal age and use. They have not been aggressively polished in order to preserve the original finish.
