This is pretty cool. This is the Nostromo computer screen from The Great Movie Ride alien scenes. Now first let me just say this is not actually from the attraction it is only from an event. However it is the exact same type of prop that they used on the attraction. It's the exact same image as one of the computers on the attraction the only difference is this is smaller. It was a clear thin screen that was just put over a fake computer with light behind it.
In one of the pictures I showed my hand behind it so you can see that it's transparent. So again the light was just behind it and it looked like a computer screen.
This particular piece is smaller than the original, the original was a few inches longer but it is pretty much the exact same. Again this is not actually from the attraction it was from an event.
On the attraction there are several different Nostromo computer screens and this is one of them.
The event had a Nostromo computer with this screen. It wasn't elaborate or anything it was probably just made of cardboard or something with light in it but it looked from a distance like the Nostromo computer.
It measures 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches, but the actual image is smaller. Again, this prop is smaller than the actual prop that was on the attraction but this exact image is on the attraction. It's the same one only smaller andvtge same type of prop.
Again, this was not actually from the attraction just special event tribute but very cool. But again you're not going to get the actual computer screen from the attraction so this is the next best thing.
Any light spots are just the flash.
