Up for sale is a original hand-painted Egyptian art piece on authentic textured papyrus paper, presented in an ornate gold-tone textured frame.
ARTWORK DETAILS:
- Subject: Eye of Horus (Wedjat) flanked by Horus (Falcon) and Uraeus (Cobra) with royal crowns.
- Medium: Hand-painted gouache / acrylic on genuine Egyptian papyrus leaf.
- Signature: Signed by the artist in the lower right corner.
- Frame Dimensions: Approx. 17.5 inches wide x 14.5 inches high.
- Frame Style: Ornate fluted gold-tone resin/wood frame with glass front panel and sawtooth hanger attached on back.
CONDITION:
- Artwork: Very good condition with vibrant colors and intact papyrus fibers.
- Frame: Good structural condition with light vintage wear and minor scuffs to edges/corner joints. Backing tape shows typical vintage wear/peeling near the edges (see photos). Glass is intact with no cracks.
