4. All cards are in circulation - grade condition. While we strive to offer high - quality cards, we cannot guarantee a PSA 10 rating for every single card. Card conditions may vary slightly.
5. We operate a no - return and no - exchange policy for these Pokémon and One Piece cards. However, if you'd like to preview pictures of the cards before shipping, simply leave a note in the order remarks. We'll send you clear pictures for confirmation before dispatching your order.
