Your battle gear is packed with precision using reinforced and battle-tested packaging to ensure your precious cargo arrives intact and ready for action. Should any issues arise, we will immediately deploy to resolve them.
Shipping Policy:
- Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to intercept packages, speed up delivery, change the shipping method, or adjust shipping fees. A tracking number will be provided through after shipment so you can follow your package’s progress.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, except where otherwise noted in ’s policies.
- Please be sure your shipping address is correct in your account before completing your purchase. For fraud prevention, we cannot change addresses outside of the system.
- Once a package is in the carrier’s possession any insurance claims must be filed by the buyer.
- Standard shipments include up to $100 of carrier insurance. If you would like additional insurance or signature confirmation, this must be requested and any additional fees paid for before completing your purchase. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package if a signature is required. We are not responsible for packages returned due to missed signature delivery.
