ABOUT THE SHIP
The S.S. Botany Bay was a DY-100-class sleeper ship launched from Earth during the Eugenics Wars. It carried Khan Noonien Singh and his followers in suspended animation, traveling beyond the Solar System until it was discovered by the U.S.S. Enterprise.
The ship first appeared in the classic Star Trek: The Original Series episode “Space Seed” and later played a central role in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. Its distinctive cargo-pod design makes it one of the most recognizable early spacecraft in Star Trek history.
This detailed science-fiction display model is an excellent addition to any Star Trek, Khan, Original Series, Wrath of Khan, Eaglemoss, die-cast model, or starship collection.
