I am selling a new Dr. Seuss' The Grinch Who-Ville Town Square Playset by Just Play released for the 2018 animated movie.
The playset includes:
- A large, two-sided snowman-shaped structure.
- An exclusive Grinch figure & a Max figure on a sled.
- A snowy bridge & a decorated Christmas tree.
The playset features:
- Ice Ramp: Press the snowman's top hat to send Max speeding down the ramp in his sled.
- Slide: Send the Grinch down the slide and through the candy-cane arch.
- Light-Up Tree: Press the button on the base of the Christmas tree to make the star light up.
- Town Clock: Turn the clock hands on the reverse side to make a bell ring.
I purchased this playset for my daughter when The Grinch movie was released during the 2018 holiday season, but I tucked it away and never opened it. The playset is still new in the box and in gift giving condition. You will receive the actual playset described and pictured in the listing. The figures are still secured in the box and the box is as it was purchased. The box is crisp except for one corner where the cardboard is tucked in (see photos #19 & #20). The tree requires 3 x AG13 (LR44) batteries to light up the star. The original batteries are included and work (see photo #10). The playset comes from a super clean, smoke free, Grinch loving home.
