This is a very rare, and highly collectible, smaller-sized Disney timepiece that was manufactured only for Disney employees. The Mickey Mouse is on the dial in fivevdifferent poses wearing a top hat and "The Action Starts With Me" printed above it in red and black. On the bottom of the dial "Disney MGM Studios Training Team" is printed in black, white and red. The watch just had a new battery placed and is running strong. This beauty was produced by Sweda, maker of many rare Disney Company D and other cast member only pieces, for the Disney Training Team.
