The headlights are supposed to flash. Additional inspection of the lights are that they do not work. There is some corrosion on the pin. (See Pics) There is also corrosion on the inside of the compartment where the batteries are located. This is for someone who has the experience in repairing the metal housing sleeve and getting the batteries out.
The signs do glow in the dark.
The paint on the car is a (glitter) teal color.
