1. DESIGN: Unleash your imagination. Create a unique keychain that will last for a lifetime using text, icons, and logos. Your creation is perfect for birthday, reunion, anniversary, wedding, graduation, Christmas, New Year, club, sport, thanksgiving, Valentines Day, Mother's Day, and many more occasions.
2. TEXT: For best results use the following guidelines. SIDE 1 Rectangular Shape: Maximum of 10 lines and maximum of 20 characters including space per line. Too many characters will result in smaller imprints. Largest imprints are best with 6 lines or fewer and fewer than 15 characters. SIDE 1 Square Shape: Maximum of 8 lines and maximum of 25 characters including space per line. Too many characters will result in smaller imprints. Largest imprints are best with 6 lines or fewer and fewer than 20 characters. SIDE 2 all Shapes (Optional). You may add one of these: Tel. #, email, website, icon, or your own artwork (engravable). We will engrave exactly what you type so please double check the spelling.
3. FONT: The default font is Lato. See our font list for available options. If no font is selected, we will use ”Lato”. Let us know if you want a special font and we will see if it is supported by our program. Example: Font “Lato”.
4. LOGO: You can select any Icon/Logo on our provided list. If you have your own Logo, Artwork or Icon, share with us. Colors and fill images are not good for our laser engraving machine. Vector images are best. Use messages service to share with us. Example: Icon “1”.
5. MOCKUP: Let us know if you would like to approve your design. This is recommended for orders of 5 pieces or more. The service is free. Please use it. We will not produce your order without instructions on the mockup. The mockup is generated by computer and may differ slightly from the final engraved product.

6. SPECIAL ORDER: Please contact us for special orders including but not limited to: special designs, large volumes, expedited shipping, local pickups, special delivery (e.g. Uber) for customers in the Washington DC area. In some cases, we may have to update our stock on to accommodate your needs.
We use the laser engraving technology to make your customized key chain permanent. This is a piece of art for you and you can always contact us for duplicates or other orders.
