One of a series of 9 figures that were a promotion of the standard Oil Company in the early 1930's. Originally 25 cents. Also part of the promotion were slush cast automobiles as noted on back of box. These toys were also available at the Chicago Worlds Fair. These are tough to find examples of automobilia.
