COMPLETE SET OF 262 AIRCRAFT PROFILES- SOFTBOUND 16/24 PAGEAVIATION BOOKLETS (NRMT)
Offered is the complete 262 volume set of Aircraft Profiles softbound booklets. Published by the UK-based Profile Publications, the series consists of single-aircraft monographs, were issued dating from 1965 through 1974. They cover military aircraft from many countries from the first World War period biplanes through the modern jets of the 1970's. The original format was the red and white 16-page booklets which included several black and white photos and 4 pages of color profiles. The series improved through the run, more refined artwork, photographic covers and the page count increased to 20 and later to 24. All but the last 10 issues were compiled and republished into collective hardcover books, spanning 14 bound volumes. Issue numbers 253 through 262 are only found in the paper, staple-bound versions.
