You are buying a lovely figure. I am not sure the maker. Average use wear and aging. I don't see any flaws to note except for dirt wear and I have not tried to clean it. Base isn't tight and figure will swing to the side, but it is still attached. See photos enlarged for details as they are part of the description. I do not see a makers mark. It measures approx. 9.5" tall.
