This antique Mission Oak Arts & Crafts hanging dinner bell was made by the Jamestown Lounge Company (also known as the Jamestown Furniture Co.) around 1910–1911 during the height of the American Arts & Crafts movement.
Condition Details:
- Overall: Authentic, beautifully weathered rustic condition.
- Completeness: 100% intact with all original wood components and a great, clear-ringing metal bell.
- Plaque: The metal plaque featuring the famous Lord Byron dinner bell poem is aged and faded but can still be mostly made out.
- Cord: The pull rope was replaced some time ago, but all other hardware and wood structure are original.
This is an excellent opportunity to own a genuine piece of Jamestown for much less than these pieces normally command!
