Offered for sale is an original antique E. Smithwick & Sons Ltd. stoneware mineral water bottle from Kilkenny, Ireland. This attractive salt-glazed bottle features bold black advertising lettering and is a wonderful example of late 19th to early 20th century Irish advertising stoneware.
The bottle is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks. The glaze has a nice aged patina with expected light manufacturing imperfections and wear consistent with its age.
