Beautiful antique Edwardian-era hand-tinted portrait photograph of a woman displayed in an ornate gold-tone composition/gesso frame. Estimated circa 1905–1910 based on clothing, hairstyle, frame construction, and photographic style.
Antique condition with visible age-related wear. Original glass intact.
The frame features ornate floral corner embellishments and aged patina that add to its authentic antique character. The reverse shows aged wood backing with early fasteners and construction consistent with authentic early 20th century framing methods.
