We provide two shipping options at checkout. Please choose the one that best fits your needs:
- Standard Envelope (ESE): For individual cards less than $20 or multi-card orders less than $50. Cards are shipped in a sleeve and an industry-standard semi-rigid envelope. Please note: ESE tracking is basic. USPS may mark it "Delivered" several days before it actually arrives in your mailbox. ESE does not permit us to add "Do Not Bend" markings.
- USPS Ground Advantage (Upgraded): Best for extra protection and peace of mind. Cards are placed in a plastic top-loader and shipped inside a rigid cardboard mailer or small box. Because USPS processes this as a package rather than a letter, you get faster delivery and more accurate, door-to-door tracking.
Processing & Delivery Details
- Discounts: Buy more and save! Add multiple items to your cart to automatically receive a combined shipping discount at checkout.
- Combined Shipping: Multiple orders going to the same address may be combined into one shipment or shipped separately at our discretion.
- Handling Time: We ship promptly (typically Mon/Wed/Fri) and guarantee your order will be dropped off within our stated handling time.
- Actual Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery speed is entirely in USPS’s hands. While usually prompt, USPS occasionally misses scans or experiences delays, especially during the holidays. We greatly appreciate your patience if your item takes a little longer than expected to arrive.
International Shipping
We exclusively use the International Shipping (eIS) program. We ship your card to ’s US-based hub, and handles the international shipping, tracking, and customs paperwork. Please note: determines all international shipping fees, which can sometimes be expensive. We have no control over these costs and do not ship internationally via any other methods.
