very flat & square, very tight structurally (CF, staples, etc.)
just a small amount of wear here or there: on the front cover, just a few very small things around the perimeter, and a tiny hint of a fold remnant at the lower right tip. the back cover has a little wear visible near the spine, and a faint fold remnant at upper right—and that's about it!
