Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday. We ship out the next business day following your purchase. All packages shipped Ground Advantage have ESTIMATED delivery dates, they are not guaranteed delivery dates. USPS often have delays due to weather and volume. We cannot control the weather or the volume USPS is experiencing when we ship your package. If you need an item by a certain date, please message us prior to purchasing to check if there are options and pricing on a shipping option with guaranteed arrival dates that might meet your needs. If your package is running more than a few days behind (this is the USPS norm anymore), please reach out to us before filing an item not received case, so that we can take steps on our end to get the package moving again.

All figures are shipped in boxes in their original box wrapped in honeycomb packing paper to protect the figure and box during shipping. For orders of $100 or more, we get extra shipping insurance to cover the contents. If you buy more than 1 figure, we do combine shipping and will refund the shipping overage paid after we weigh your package. No cancellations after shipping label and tracking number have been issued.

Orders are packaged with extreme care, but when the carrier takes possession, we cannot guarantee the safety of that order. We do not offer refunds and free shipping returns for items damaged during shipping. If an item is damaged or broken during shipment, an insurance claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS) will need to be filed. As proof of damage, the USPS (closest to you) will want to physically see the broken item and the original shipping container with the shipping label attached. Do not throw the item or the package away until the insurance claim has been received. Photos of the damaged/broken items are essential. If, in a special case, we do accept a return, the buyer will pay all return postage.
