Vintage early 1960s Simplicity 4859 two-piece suit pattern, Miss size 14, bust 34 — boxy Jackie-style jacket with three-quarter sleeves and slim skirt, shown in five spring colorways on the cover. Complete with all twelve pieces and instructions. The original sewist shortened some pieces to her measurements and, wonderfully, saved every trimmed-off section — nothing was discarded, so full length is restorable — and her penciled fitting notes are still on the envelope.
