- Up for sale is this 1940\'s handmade and stitched vintage triangle half square pattern quilt is a beautiful piece of history, featuring a patchwork design in multicolor with a rectangular shape and a full extra long size. Made from 100% cotton, this quilt showcases a vintage style and is crafted with care instructions of hand wash. Measuring 82 inches in length and 80 inches in width, this unique quilt is a perfect addition to any collector\'s bed and bath linens collection. Very clean, no notable stains and pattern sourced from old clothing and some flour sacks. Variating stitching by hand and foot powered Treadle from what i can determine by inconsistent threading and stitch
- The color is a light rose pink, very distinct color, but not a definite pink. Not sure per the period what the color was called. Pretty good size and drapes over a full set mattress pretty well, thick enough but not to heavy towards light weight for hot sleepers if you were going to use versus display or hang on wall. Its in great condition and as with my other quilts, comes from smoke free, vaccuum packed bags were used for storage when aquired and no sun fade that i can see other then normal color fade over years.
