Cleveland, Ohio, police discounted possibility of a connection with "torso murders" in that city. Photo shows: State Trooper W.L. Pence, Sergeant Cobb, Chemist Karl V. Stanholtzer, and Sergeant B.F. McLaughlin as they examined bones in Charleston, West Virginia.Photo is Dated: March 4, 1940.
