• Diploma is 17" by 22", original and in very nice as pictured
• Diploma is signed by the founding principal Dr Arthur Harold Parker and upon his retirement the school was renamed A.H. Parker High School
• The school held its first graduation in 1904 and at that time was the only institution in Birmingham where a person of color could earn a high school diploma
• Rare
